Back Patio

 

A private, heated outdoor space ideal for small to mid-sized groups.

 

• Capacity: 10–50 guests

• Includes access to the Fountainhead Bar and all eateries

• Rental Fees:

  Monday–Thursday: $200 for 2 hours | $80/hour thereafter

  Friday–Sunday: $300 for 2 hours | $100/hour thereafter

• Food & Beverage Minimum:

  $300 (Mon–Thu) | $800 (Fri–Sun)

Bar Area

 

Spacious indoor section with TVs, bar access, and eatery visibility.

 

• Capacity: 10–80 guests

• Note: If patio is not rented, it remains open to other guests

• Rental Fees:

  Monday–Thursday: $200 for 2 hours | $80/hour thereafter

  Friday–Sunday: $300 for 2 hours | $100/hour thereafter

• Food & Beverage Minimum:

  $300 (Mon–Thu) | $800 (Fri–Sun)

Non-Profit Pricing

 

Special rates available Monday–Friday (until 5 PM) for certified 501(c)(3) organizations:

 

• $100 non-refundable rental fee

• Proof of status required (upload during inquiry submission)

Important Information

 

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of celebratory cakes.

• All food and beverages must be ordered from SoFA Market’s eateries or Fountainhead Bar.

• Menus and coordination will be managed directly with your chosen eatery/bar and our General Manager.
